In the field of public affairs, Emil Brix is ​​Head of the Ways to Civil Society in Austria, Vice-President of the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe, Member of the International Council of International Centers in Krakow, Secretary General of the Austrian Research Society, Honorary Member of the Institute.
